1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DBVibe websites, desktop applications, licenses, subscriptions, cloud-backed features, team collaboration features, documentation, and related services. By using DBVibe, you agree to these terms. If you use DBVibe on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. DBVibe products and editions

DBVibe provides database management software and related services. Available features may vary by edition, license, subscription, platform, operating system, region, app version, or account status. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

• Lite and Ultimate editions may operate primarily as desktop licenses with local database workflows.
• Team edition may include account, workspace, invitation, role, permission, and collaboration features.
• Free, trial, beta, development, or preview features may be limited, changed, or removed at any time.

3. Accounts, teams, and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, license keys, database credentials, SSH keys, API keys, and any devices used to access DBVibe. You are responsible for activity under your account, license, or team workspace.

Team owners and administrators are responsible for inviting the right users, assigning appropriate roles, reviewing permissions, removing users who no longer need access, and ensuring that shared database connections comply with organizational policies.

4. Licenses, subscriptions, and payments

• You must provide accurate billing, account, and license information.
• Paid licenses and subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the applicable checkout or payment provider terms.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
• We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, a license is invalid, or usage violates these terms.
• Taxes, currency conversion fees, payment provider fees, and bank charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Third-party services

DBVibe may integrate with third-party services such as operating systems, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, AI clients, MCP clients, database drivers, and database services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DBVibe is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

DBVibe, including its software, website, branding, design, documentation, and related materials, is owned by DBVibe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of DBVibe intellectual property to you.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow DBVibe to use them without restriction or compensation, but you are not required to provide feedback.

7. Disclaimers

DBVibe is provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that DBVibe will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every database, or suitable for every production environment. You are responsible for testing DBVibe in your environment before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DBVibe and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, or database changes caused by your use of DBVibe. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to DBVibe for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Termination

You may stop using DBVibe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to DBVibe if you violate these terms, create risk for DBVibe or others, fail to pay required fees, or use the product unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date and may provide additional notice through the website, app, or email where appropriate. Continued use of DBVibe after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
